Issue Assignment

Issue Assignment indicates which Division is responsible for an Issue at the moment.

Assignment of an Issue to a certain Division gives that Division some privileges about that Issue. Following is what Division Assigned to an Issue can do about it:

• Change Assignment to either it's Boss Division or one of Sub-Divisions if there are any
• Update the State of it
• Start and Stop working timer against current State of the Issue
• Provide Estimates on Working States of the Issue
